Having a complete profile makes you visible in the Members stream, which helps to create a richer network where other members can see who are you and what you do.

This is important to help you both engage in more meaningful conversations and talent exchanges.

Check that your profile includes details of the region in which you are based and your organisation so that other members can search and connect with you on the platform.

Not yet! To ensure the timebank is for those working in health and social care, the application process asks you for a few more details.

We also ask all applicants to agree to specific timebank terms and conditions and complete their profile prior to be accepted onto the timebank. This helps build trust.

Step 4 - Search offers and requests

There are several ways to search for offers and requests within the Activities stream. Type a keyword to search for something you're looking for. Keep it short, you're unlikely to find a match for a long search sentence!

You can use the filters and tags to search by: region, organisation, offer/request skill or special interest.

Step 5 - Work with others

Join a team to help others working around a common goal.

Start your own team to connect a specific group of people to talk together in chatrooms, assign tasks and share documents.

Teams are collaborative spaces for you to work together and manage community projects. Anyone can be invited to join a team and you can choose to keep the team private if you like. Project teams collate really useful tools, such as Trello boards and Dropbox document sharing, which makes it easy to chat together and assign tasks.
